I personally don't see a "short squeeze" per say. The shorts that don't take advantage of response by google will get hurt. If final ruling by hjj is favorable. I would look to see a big short covering after any negative price action by this response. Institutions will start covering the short side of their position at this point. That will indicate a set up to let her run on ruling, IMHO
