dlc, i have tried, unsuccessfully to get you to share with us what email you are posting about. Perhaps it is the same unsolicited email i received from WAFR CFO teresa Mcwilliams?
I have noticed in several of your posts you seem to attempt to distance WAFR from Lazar/Ele Kauderer, Bull S Consulting. It seems that the CFO/Teresa is attempting to do the same as she claims to have saved one of her prior clients, American scientific resorces, from Kauderer. Yet, now we find them to have been in bed together again here with WAFR,,,can you explain? Here is the email, is this the one you are talking about? Dog

Hi John

This is Teresa McWilliams, CFO for CoreWafer Industries. I understand you have been "following" my career for the last few years because if my previous engagement as interim CFO with American Scientific. you have also made some very vocal claims against me calling me a thief and a crook and if my memory serves me, you are the one (under your alias) that accused me of being a porn star...

I'd like an opportunity to have a discussion with you to set the record straight. Clearly, your statements about me are unfounded with one exception, that is that I did I fact work for ASFX. What you don't know and have misstated about that is that the CEO (Chris Tirotta) hired Ele Kauderer. I had absolutely no dealings with him and had no part in retaining his services. What I did do however was prevent the CEO from issuing Bull Consulting a substantial number of free trading shares when I discovered his intent to do so.

What I also did at ASFX before resigning was make sure that investors and note holders received principal and interest payments.

There were a number of areas where I kept the company going but when the CEO entered into a toxic contract with yet another individual, I resigned. I no longer had the steam to fight an up hill battle; one that Kauderer no longer had anything to do with because of my efforts. Unfortunately, the failure of ASFX came after I left and because of the CEO's actions and decisions all of which I had nothing to do with. As a matter of fact, I don't believe Kauderer was involved at that point either.

Feel free to email me back or, on the other hand, feel free to give me a call. My phone number is public; I have nothing to hide and welcome calls and inquiries. After all, as CFO, I work for the investors. . .

All the best,
Teresa
