i have thought about toxic financing, and i believe that could very well be what is happening.

Its not that they are currently a struggling company, but its the fact that when they started Frank desperately needed money to begin his network.

Im not saying that they have toxic financing, but what im saying is something is not right, and it very well could be the case.
