No preferreds. UWBK*- 29MM O/S, Guy Gibson (CEO) owns 1.3MM of the O/S. We could see a settlement any day before the nasty details supporting the appeal are published. The BK POR originally called for a $200MM settlement. $60MM for contingency fee, $60MM to debtors and $80MM to Class 8 (common shareholders). That comes out out to 2.76 p/share.
