He usually seems that way to me. The posted DD was by far the most productive conversation I have had with him. He spent a lot of time with me (nearly an hour) and answered my questions. If not the first time then when rephrased. He confirmed the process is working - One of several things he told me.

Mr. Snaper reconfirmed that with me this afternoon.
