There are around 8,000 shareholders, maybe 40+ on MP and another 30+ here on this board. No majority on either and I don't think the posters here have anything close to a majority of shares.

With all due respect, there are roughly 2,800 shareholders.

Granted, that number is from 16 Jan 2012 but I highly doubt nearly 5,000 more people became shareholders in a little over a year.

MG and HR say that the 50 or more people who signed the letter held roughly 400 million shares. MG posted that more people contacted him with roughly 50 million additional shares.

450 million shares is approximately half the O/S. That is a lot of shares held by a small group of people.
