This is a JOKE. Any doctor can buy their own pellet and do the same for hundreds of dollars, and not hundreds of thousands.
This simply means they found a fool to give away their money.
Its not like they are buying a franchise from the golden arches, where you have established protocols, a successful business model already working at full capacity, a completely functioning practice...and not a hole in the wall.
