In stocks, when someone wants to buy, they say "I'll buy this many shares for this price!" That is their BID price, or .0022, in this case.

Someone ELSE wants to SELL shares. This person says "I would like to sell this many shares at THIS price!" That person wants to sell at .0032 here.


Its basically the driving principle in the stock market.
