Then what will have to be done for Matin to become even more credible will be to outline very clearly what stops him from normalizing the company.
Personnally I see 2 potential reasons (speculating in emptyness):
1- The Bengladesh operation cannot be audited in a way allowing normalisation,
2- Matin doesn't have legally the control he leads us to beleive he does have (Bengladesh and/or the whole company).
In both cases it would be impossible for him to normalize the company and/or to be caught having lied all along about very significant facts.
My vote goes for #1 above (not excluding something looking as #2).
