Yeah, CRYFQ Suspension was the Last Chance Warning...

At least the cryfq pump/promo to keep buying CRYFQ at such low prices is now off the table and more newbies will not get fleeced.

Settlement just means the company gives up right of appeal so that they can avoid lengthy litigation with the SEC. The company still had five, or so, weeks to settle. Yet, chose to settle a couple of weeks prior to the CCAA Stay ending. Thinking this gives time for CSA/TSX to revoke Canadian shares. Stinks that prediction of dumping commons looks to be happeneing.
