Carefull people a company which trades at these levels does not have the ability to purchase properties at theses levels especially 2 multi million dollar buildings within two days. I don't care abt potential new owner and his supposed millions in net worth. Penny land is jammed packed with these supposed "great" CEO's 99.9% of the time it is fluff to generate a quick buzz and then you never hear abt supposed acquisitions again. Just my two cents have seen this many times over and it almost always fails.
