Very good news. As it confirms what we here at mwip already know.

Holder effect is still in place

MWIP will be needed in a time where MMJ will become more available and highly regulated and enforced due to its continued illegal status. The tax income from MMJ will open the door to federal marijuana prohibition lift. Till that time comes MWIP will indeed be a pillar of a MMJ boom. Control and regulation.
