Before shareholders do backflips and jump for joy please consider:

1) The lack of volume today.
2) The PPS is still at 0.0001
3) Sill no word from the CEO of MMTE.
4) Letter of intent is meaningless unless it is executed.
5) Chances are that WL is trying to find a way for loyal shareholders to get screwed in any such executed deal.

All IMO. I have a sliver of hope but I am not holding my breath.
