I however tought that Matin (if what is claimed is true) would have proceeded with a buyback of shares.
Interesting to note that once again the BOD will be held without appropriate notices to shareholders.
The last time we did raise this issue, the answer was that majority of shares out there were represented at the board meeting and therefore it wasn't felt required to spend the money sending appropriate documents to all shareholders.
