The NEED to purchase 3 machines is why they NEED funding. They had enough operational funds to last through next year. They are reorganizing to go into production and need to funds for that. Now apparently they added additional funding work on the instrumentation part. Funding negotiations are complex with a lot of legal requirements wrapped up in them. They take a little bit of time.
