15 mill is almost a half of today's volume ...........

There were just over 12.2 million shares traded (normally) today, when "The Last" was at (Ask) .008 !
Then the 7.5 million shares were added and "The Last" was instantly at .006 or was it .0062 (?)

I don't think that there were 7.5 million shares on the Bids from 8 to 6 at the time !!!
( That would be MORE than half of then today's volume !!!! ) so could be something between MMs ( ? )
But 7.5 million shares DID bring the PPS down from 8 to 6

Then there was a T Form for another 7.5 million shares right around the 6 ! after the market closed .....
( a mirror trade / an exchange from an MM to another MM ? the one that brought the PPS down from 8 to 6 ? )
and that volume WAS added to today's total volume.
a good VOLUME looks good on a chart, especially on an UP day !!!

The close at 7 was manipulated IMHO, but that's Okay, again IMHO
but DO notice it as a manipulation of the closing price ..... painted a BETTER candle !

Anyway, we effectively closed OVER .006 and with the 2 financial reports + attorney's letter
we did well today .......... more gains coming in May, IMHO

The moving averages shall improve from here on &
that shall produce a nice LONG white candle ..... soon, IMHO
