JJ, Red Angus, and other legal minds. I am trying to decipher this legal web of no action from the bench. I am wrong in entertaining the thought that HJJ, is waiting for VRNG'S brief on June 3rd, to see where they are going?, could it be that HJJ realizes that he has committed some errors that have really and truly impacted this case early on, laches for one, the error from the jury of 158m not 15.8m, allowing this circus to go on and on?, where does it stops? please help all of us, some are really desperate other are not allowed to bail out due to their position being over what the pps has been lately. I think that VRNG'S management can not say much out loud since they are not allowed, how else can we find out if there some irons on the fire that are going forge a future for us? thank you for your response.
