If they are going to do any PR they need to do it at the beginning of the day or in the middle of trading. I really hate after trading PR because here lately its been hurting this stock. I have been watching since .025 and luckily didnt buy till it got below .01. This will get higher again just time will tell and how long some people can sit and wait.
