If this deal is bad for GBG, even worse for the creditors and awesome for Waterton what makes you think it will be accepted at the court hearing, there has to be enough in this deal for all parties or this thing will be denied. I personally don't think it is such a bad offer for Hollister as far as GBG is concerned they got 115 Million for this deal I would have like a little more but 115 is not bad IMO.
