I am stating facts that there is no company website, the only publicly listed contact info for the company is for the old CEO, no financials, the company is "not currently reporting to the SEC or uploading reports through the OTC Disclosure and News Service", Jon was CHairman and not CEO (so therefore not in charge by definition), and Jon was not able to achieve any material sales when he was Head of Sales.
