Personally I doubt if a R/S is not ratified that it would be better then a R/S. As an OTC stock PEIX could be much less interesting for some investors, and also be entering a real roller-coaster with much more extreme swings, especially to the lows. Also like Sashex stated a R/S might not make the PPS go down that much. So if it is followed by good results that might mean a better perspective for the longer term.
