trueblue, Let me see if I got this right from your point of view.
The emeralds are worth 10 to 20 million dollars.

Jay has them in his possession for approx. 2 months.

orrv must be 2 months overdue in getting their money from Jay. Kind of makes me wonder whether.
1. The emeralds are worth anything or
2. ORRV got stiffed for their money or
3. orrv isn't going to invest that money for diving and will
use it for back pay??
I still think the second Trial isn't just about whether the Fisher's are going to be paid Attorney Fee's.
