Thanks. I missed that. "If Patriot Coal reorganizes..
into a new company, $3.75 million in shares of
equity of the reorganized Patriot will be
contributed to the VEBA.

At least they didn't say "NEW" equity.
On the other hand with today's price of about a dime..
that would be an awful lot of shares of stock.
My guess is that if they come out of BK with the
current hard-earned and PAID FOR BY PATRIOTIC
AMERICANS stock.. it will open trading at $10/share.
