It depends on your Burning software.

I don't know if the other software companies have similar workarounds but essentially you have to make the user an administrator compeletly or partially. How to do the partially part manually I don't have memorized.

I suppose you could muck around in regedt32.exe and see if you can find the right keys but it's easier if you use an executable like the nerorights...
