If the ne profit royalty goes to Credit Suisse, that means Credit suisse is out of the DIP financing.

Credit Suisse power in the Southgold rescue plan will be limited.

That open the way for new financing at GBG holding (our shares and debentureholders properties. That new financing, now, can get super priority over Southgold debt.

The debt stucture of Southgold is giving egal security to Credit Suisse loan and GBG holding loan.

Waterton or the debantureholders financing group or a third party will enter in the Southgold final negociation sprint.
