OK - I wasn't sure what you meant.
I can't imagine how anything could remain up in the sky but, I guess I should consider that since I've heard some of these poisons are nano size, it would be reasonable that some of what they are spraying IS staying up in the sky (How much and for how long would be another question to ponder).
I suppose, at least until it rains, unless some of the poisons are much higher than clouds usually are.
