My outlook for the next few days:

If R/S is ratified PEIX will dip, but there is not much room to drop.
By Friday it will recover most if it's value. Start waiting pattern for Q1 2013

If R/S is not ratified the market will be stunned (as will I) expect a strong pop.

As aways, trade safe, always DD, and use stop loss to lock any gains.
