Ok here it goes, i think judge grants google the request, this is why he is taking so long. He is trying to find precedent to honor googles request, just my opinion. I love this stock but I'm getting so mad about the judge, i don't care what you all say i say he has showed google way too much and i said he was familiar with google and QE if you know what i mean. Vringo didn't point out how the court was being played! I guess no one email them the info from the other judge, if he saw that he may have shut it down. There are other judges that can look up the other case law and brief him and i think the task was to see if he could allow the deposition and that is why it is so long. Don't tell me cause other case, because he ruled when the case was going on. He really favors google and that my friend is a fact! Still long and will be for awhile, this is going way to far, i believe the ruling will hit tomorrow because it was done today and will be uploaded in the am. Probably around 10:30 or 11 it will hit. I am just guessing and watch the market it will tell u!!!!! Last time it was running and it hit, this time i think we drop and it hits! Sorry just voicing my opinion, been wrong a lot and hope i am about this but it don't feel right. Good luck all
