In any case, we sold hollister for 15M cash + 5M other payments + 90M royalty payments which puts us at 110M sale price (max). Now how CS gets paid over how many years or at what % of net profit annually or if CS and debenture holders even agree to this sale, no idea.
But waterton like conservative investment firm pays as a whole 110M for hollister knowing 0.5 ounces of Au and 3 yrs of mine life, how much will burstone goes for with 6.5M ounces and 25 yrs of mine life? Probably for 700M+ (being much more conservative than compared to what Waterton pays for hollister)?
