Do you feel that the ATM is on today, because that seems to be the feeling from some posters. I don't know if its because PPHM released a PR and sold off after being up pre market or what.

I get the impression that some here feel the PPS is down because of the ATM usage. I disagree, PPHM pps is down because of two things. We are being leaned on by those who want cheap shares and our BOD/PR's have no credibility with the market.
