While slinging incomprehensible fairy tales and flaunting dreamy business plans, smky just may have turned into the pumpkin many readers here thought it ALWAYS was, i. e., another run-of-the-mill investment game played on the OTC BB USA.

The nicest ceo was a Master Manipulator who promulgated his game while financing with TOXIC floorless debentures convertible at a discount through willing financier(s). Oh what a tale has been woven at the expense of the shareholder. All IMHO.
