Teen Prodigy- I have a sub for the 6 out plan , and I am very happy with it! Here is a basic deal to sum up my experience, and show you how they have made shiping and checking in more streamlined! I am very impressed with there service!
When I first subscribed we received our DVD's within 36-48 hours. This was super fast and we were very pleased. Now when we sent them back it took approximately 12-13 days for them to check them in ad so forth. Yes a long time but read on!
I e-mail our CEO Fleming, telling him I was very concerned and upset that I get our DVD's w/in 36-48 hours and it takes almost 2 weeks to check them back in. He responded to my e-mail within 15 minutes and stated they had just switched postage and so forh here in California and it would improve. I opied and pasted his reply in 1 of my former posts to show people how informative and helpful our CEO was and believed he is a man sticking to his word. !
So here is the follow up. Within 24 hours movies were checked in, and new DVD's were sent! After viwing these DVD's I placed them in mailbox and within 48 hours sometimes 72 hours every single DVD was checked in and new ones were Shown pending!
Did the CEO Fleming live up to his promise as he sent to me in his e-mail?
100%, very honest, professional, and knows how to come through like a champ in my humble opinion!
So, where am I going with this, well, I am very happy both as a shareholder and member of GZFX! The service is real, the reply from our CEO prompt, courteous, and service is Excellent!
The reason I ordered this service is to see how it is and increase my position accordingly based on the little flaws our company is streamlining to take on Netlix, Gamefly etc!
In my humble opinion, I have seen with my own eyes, the consistent reliability of a Excellent CEO who is informative, cares about us as customers to the highest degree and wants to grow this business 1 at a time, retaining each customer,.
I am encouraged, excited about the awesome prospects and adventures our company will be performing this and next year! My advise is enjoy a subscription from GZFX and be your own judge,. I am very IMPRESSED WITH GZFX AND OUR MANAGEMENT, ALONG WITH EXECUTION OF OUR BUSINESS PLAN. CONNECT THE DOTS, WE HAVE EXCELLENT DD HERE ALONG WITH EXCELLENT POSTERS.
ON THE OTHER HAND, you will read posts by "pretend longs" that want to make newbies feel insecure about there investment and have them sale there shares cheaply. As always do your own due diligence, but most importantly go with your decision and stick by it. Sometimes you can collect and disseminate all your information, and stick with your decision.

Fire Chief, Deputy Chief, Assistant Chief, Battalion chief, Captain 2, Captain 1, Firefighter Specialist, Apparatus Operator, Firefighter, Probie, Boot, Tower B-itch! That is our chain of command from the top down. And let me tell you when the Chief has a policy/plan everyone knows all the way down to us Firefighters.
Chain of Command for CC: CEO, Regional Managers, District Managers, Store Managers, Asst Store Managers,Associates, Seasonal etc....Each and everyine has a chain of command, and you can be sure that everyone is informed on a as needed basis.
IMHO, connect the dots and see the great info people here are presenting to you. We have the excellent DD, the excellent photobucket, the excellent "inform stores" and let me tell you imho, the blastoff is coming based on my connecting the dots through my gut instincts and dd from here and first hand encounters with enthusiastic CC store mgrs here on West Coast that know all about this.
This tells me that perhaps Regional Managers have buddies in other stores, and at conventions or over dinner have talked about new and coming things to CC. This is a cash cow for CC and it will give them much needed bottomline revenue to compete and supercede what Best Buy does to them with Netflix/Gameboy!
Enjoy your weekend, and don't live tick by tick on stock price. The price will take care of itself, let's not forget 25% increase in subs in 3 1/2 weeks per our CEO!
