Instead of coming out and proving the SEC wrong by verifying their properties; UTOG went silent. UTOG is now a revoked Nevada corporation requiring $23,250 to be reinstated with the last reported officer holding every position was Terry Fields;

UTOG was an organized pump and dump of many related penny stocks back a few years ago. People sold this stock for $1.00-$2.00 per share and made a fortune. I do not undertand why those who bought and held think that they are owed something.
