Junior mining companies do not have all of these capabilities and need the shared services offered by Mineral Rite. Management services, customized processing and refining are offered to other junior mining companies. Compensation many include equity in the projects and other times simply as a contract service fee. Major mining companies often mine an entire mountain, which includes a mixture of high grade and low grade ore. Junior mining companies are able to focus on higher natural concentrations of ore, which are referred to as hot spots and glory holes, rather than mining the whole mountain like the majors.
