Last I knew, we here in the US and A have a system that doesn't allow anybody to "swoop in" and snatch a company away from its management and shareholders, unless they agree. And last I knew, if we get into the dollars in a reasonable time frame, very few people are going to settle for 2 bucks. JMHO.
