2)Since we can safely assume that there can not be dilution above 4B shares without an updated SB-2 registration statement, I will use this number (Worse case scenerio) as my constant for valuation purposes. I still maintain anything under $.05 is a solid buy.

3)We are walking a fine line with our trips to the Circuit City stores, and leaving non-company issued information there. Talking to sales reps, and managers are fine. Leave the marketting to the professions. <Not saying we have wrong intentions or bad material>.

5) Looks like they need to beef up the Gamecube inventory. I cancelled Madden Football 2003, cause its been on order for 5 days, and replaced it with 2005 which stated was "Available"... Just checked the status which shows "Short wait". I'll update on that in 24-48 hours.
