you still seem to think both are the same. they are not.
complete different thing and purpose.
a reverse split is when a stock can't rise and for instance risks delisting (typical nasdaq inability to maintain $1)
or after tons of dilutions.
reverse merger means a private company wanting to get listed without big requirements and filing costs, through a dead shell.
so what is going since Nov in yr mind ?
