...as your money should be (and my money is), however I would argue that every attorney in the world studies and analyses ad nausiam their respective cases to best position themselves to maintain a pristine record in order to provide for their families and all associated interests. I use this to allow for a sound nights sleep, but I also believe this to be a terrible fallacy in providing a foundation for proper argument in an investment.
