The current market cap of this company is close to $15 million. Why would anybody pay $15 million for a business with annual revenues of $1.5 million, a handful of kiosks on rented property with a net worth of less than $300K, $20K in the bank, several cases lost in court for which they owe $100s of thousands, etc. That's a pipe dream.
