We'll probably have to wait till May 15th to see the next filing giving us the o/s count. IMHO 300,000,000 might still be considered a major shareholder and that being said, the Harland's will be restricted in the amount of stock they can sell within a given time frame based on Rule 144. This is why there is a massive a/s so "if and when" Frankel needs to convert his own preferred stock to make his voice heard, he'll do so. I think the o/s remains low but Frankel will have preferred stocks letting him take control at his own will.
