IMO several things are for sure. The 10K is what it is and will have nothing to do with what STKO is about to become. Joe's comments on merging were just "a possibility" and never stated as becoming a reality. Joe's statement regarding scouting out new management that this company needs did in fact become a reality. I don't believe Kevin Quirk has come on board to twiddle his thumbs and stare at the non-operational website for health bars day after day. I also believe that STKO may proceed in directions that could surprise us and these bars may not be a part of STKO's future. I believe the risk factor on this stock as compared to any pinky currently listed is quite possibly the least risk of all of them basing this belief on who our new CEO is and what he has accomplished up to coming on board here.

If the saying "think outside the box" means anything, for STKO it means a complete make-over and a fresh start with new direction and new ideas.

Like I said, these are my beliefs and I place my money on my own beliefs. There could easily be a fortune to made here. keyword: could.
