I was thinking about that and wondering why in the h*ll they would chose this shell. I honestly think it was part of the agreement. There are many connections to the medical industry and those connections are needed to get this company in a good place. If you ask me personally I would have started off fresh and new and not have to deal with some of the things we are dealing with. But I honestly think it was part of the agreement. They needed to get a lot cleaned up that was still owed to...well....lots of people. That is my guess...not sure if it is correct....but that is the only reason I could think of them using SKTO to get this all started.
