1. Rethink it. Seems like the bottom is in here
2. If, say .173s, are getting bought, don't dump into the bid at a lower price. Try to sell at the going price on the ask.
3. If you're selling a large amount of shares, break up your order, in steps moving up. (ex. Instead of 144k at .173, do 40k at .173, 40k at .175, etc)
Just one tip for buying:
1. Slap the ASK. A difference of .002 won't mean much. But helping to move the price up will.
