1. CEO is a registered CPA. The accounting profession is built around a foundation of FACTS, and not overstating value. So far, Leo has represented the field like a champ.

2. Clinical trial for Kevetrin is being run by one of the most well respected institutions in the world, Harvard's Dana Farber Cancer Institute/ Beth Israel.

Catalysts I am looking forward to this year:

1. Start of Prurisol trial in the very near term.

2. Update on Kevetrin trial.

3. Completed deal with SW Cancer center.

4. ASCO abstract release.

5. ASCO presentation to cancer community.

6. New European trials testing Kevetrin against AML

7. Update on details surrounding new licensed compound from cancer treatment center in NYC which could "possibly create a whole new market for Cellceutix."
