Yes, bringing on people that have many recommendations from other CEO's and VP's on LinkedIn, through many years of time, is very good for MPIX.

Getting the right people at an early stage is one of biggest items that determines the outcome for startups and early stage companies. I used to hire for startups and you need people that can work on many items at once. They must have a pretty deep understanding in many areas and be very broad too.
