No Rocky, it is not 100% clear to me and I have searched. Ultimately, I'm trying to look at the history of Gary's total company stock as an indicator. His total stock appears to hover slightly above 20M shares. His sells over the last few years seem to be between 3M to 5M shares.
I'll admit, it's unsettling to me, but I'm not sure that it is sheer robbery (which seems to be a theme echoed by some). Like most reasonable people, I'd appreciate open and honest transparency around "What/Why/When" and ultimately "What Next". If he truly did something "out-of-bounds" then he needs to be punished like any one of us. The punishment needs to happen decisively and quickly if it is warranted. If it wasn't out of bounds, communicate to us quickly and succinctly so that we can all move forward.
