YA Global is a toxic financing. I have seen in this market many penny and subpenny stocks has sunken very deeply using YA Global for their financing. Converting massive shares to a finance company to pay bills each month is not very wise at all. Who do they expect to cover this massive diluting of converted shares each month, traders and investors. The traders seen to have disappeared and many investors like myself is not going to stick their necks out to try and cover this $100K monthly conversion. The leader of this company needs to get off his tub and make something extremeous positive to happen with Cirtran

Until I find out what the foreclosure is all about, I'm going to re-think this gold mine opportunity.
