sharebuilder is a ripoff when it comes to penny stocks. Wish I had really realized it. I switched to just2trade, but I hear etrade is good. They don't charge the low priced scam surcharge. Supposedly if you have a good bit of money and you threaten to transfer from sharebuilder they will stop charging the surcharge.
