I haven't been following the company as of late. What made them do a R/S?

I thought their proven reserves were above and beyond what they expected? Waaaayyy beyond what they expected???

Is this due to the drop in silver price? Or no interest from investors??


If anyone knows I'd love to hear your take on it..
