This sharp character has an interesting angle. For sure. A lot of guys go and sue small companies knowing that they're scared to death of being sued and that they'll settle. This guy apparently makes a fortune shorting them AND I bet he gets all kinds of goodies from the companies themselves. He is like the mob, but less violent.

If he ever says he doesn't short these, tell him I'm Chinese. My name is Hai Ho. I actually was in a business class with someone named that, before, true story. And- she was just beautiful. But I'm not Chinese and Mr. Sharp probably shorts these some way.

This is all my opinion and untrue and wild speculation I am wrong about so that Mr. Sharp can't sue ME
